Application for renewal of recognition made under section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Vadodara Stock Exchange Limited. - LAD-NRO/GN/2012-13/26/28919 - SEBIExtract SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 26th December, 2012 No. LAD-NRO/GN/2012-13/26/28919.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Vadodara Stock Exchange Limited having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Fortune Tower, Sayajigunj, Vadodara-390005 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 , renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 4th day of January, 2013 and ending on 3rd day of January, 2014 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated hereinbelow or as prescribed or imposed hereafter. The exchange can commence trading in securities only after complying with Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. MRD/DSA/SE/Cir-12/09 dated October 7, 2009.
