SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 9th November, 2012 No. LAD-NRO/GN/2012-13/21/25067.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India Limited having its registered office at International Infotech Park, Tower-7, 5th Floor (Above Vashi Railway Station), Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400703 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants. in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 , renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 18th day of November, 2012 and ending on 17th day of November, 2013 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as prescribed or imposed hereafter.
