F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part) Dated, Agartala, the 10th January, 2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance. 2019 (Tripura Ordinance No. 03 of 2019). the State Government hereby appoints - (i) the First day of August. 2019, as the date on which the provisions of section 22 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force; (ii) the First day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of section 13 of the said Ordinance. shall come into force: and (iii) the First day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Tripura Ordinance No. 03 of 2019), shall come into force.
