Governor of Assam reconstitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam - FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/287 - Assam SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 30th December, 2019 No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/287.- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor of Assam is pleased to reconstitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam consisting of the following officers, namely:- 1. Shri Deepak Arora, Principal Commissioner, CGST CX, Guwahati 2. Shri Hiranya Kumar Sarma, Aditional Commissioner of State tax, Government of Assam. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from 24th day of October, 2019 and shall supersede the notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/53 dated 7th September, 2017 issued by the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, No. 530 dated 11 th September, 2017.
