Amendment in Notification No. 45/2001- CE(NT)-This notification specifies the conditions, safeguards and procedures for Export under bond to Nepal or Bhutan - 02/2011-Central Excise (N.T.) - Central Excise - Non Tariff

New Delhi the 18 th February, 2011 G.S.R. 102 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (1) and (3) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.45/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26 th June, 2001 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 474(E), dated the 26 th June,2001,namely:- In the said notification, in sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 1, for the words Kurichu Hydro Electric Project, Tala Hydro Electric Project and Punatsangchhu-I Hydro Electric Project the words Kurichu Hydro Electric Project, Tala Hydro Electric Project, Punatsangechhu-I Hydro Electric Project, Punatsangchhu-II Hydro-Electric Project and Mangdechhu Hydro-Electric Project shall be substituted.
