can we avail both MEIS and Drawback schemes, Central Excise

We are availing the benefit of the Draw back scheme

At the same time can we avail this MEIS scheme also.

Will the DGFT allow us for both the benefits.

Please let me know where it is mentioned either MEIS or Duty drawback has to be claimed. If there is no chance, to claim both of the benefits. In my view it has to be clarify by DGFT.
