Vat tax rate on chutney made from vegetables other than tomato in haryana

Dear Experts,
According to item no. 100D of schedule C of Haryana Vat Tax, Tomato sauce fall in it.
Now my query is whether green chilly sauce made from raw green chilly fall in it. And X chutney made from

by using raw ginger, raw green chilly and onion raw/dry also fall in. Please give your expert opinion.
