DEAR EXPERTS I want to know can we deduct tds on telephone service provider, my confusion is we are deducting tds on bill of internet service ( vendor is charging service tax on bill ) & same time telephone service provider also charging service tax but we are not deducting tds so, shall we deduct tds on telephone service provider bill.. In my opinion TDS is deductible on both telephone service and internet service.
