Dear Virendra, Please check the RVAT Act and Rules made thereunder in this regard. If goods of precious metals/Jewellery are being sold within India then it may attract 1% VAT/CST. If such Jewellery is Artificial then rate of VAT would fall under Residuary VAT Schedule and peak rate would be applicable on such sales.
