I have also seen the link you have cited. But it does not explain the features of the principal to principal contract. This contract is mainly utilized in the transactions made by the business between countries. Now the said principle is also made applicable in the domestic business. I could not find any article or any book on this subject. This has been misconstrued in many a litigation.
