DEAR ALL PLEASE CLARIFY IF a Non resident Indian disposes his residential asset in India and paid the long term capital gain in India whether the proceeds can be taken back to his present country( USA). Banker is asking 15CA And 15CB. What are the implications of DTAA on this transactions.
