Sh.Mukund Thakkar Ji, Sir, I do not understand the "purpose" of such query. Do you find any reasoning ?
I guess they may have some liabilities to be paid for some period arisen on account of audit or investigation. Otherwise for academic interest the query may have been posted. However it proves good to post complete query which enables the experts to give correct and to the point reply. Thanks.

Yes a more clear question is helpful to both experts to provide answer ti the point and queriest to get right answer.
Dear Micco, As stated by our learned friends, it is difficult to post a reply with Excise Duty Rates for the years requested for in the absence of Product and tariff Heading.
