Dear All, My company is well established company in china and we are supply material from china to india, now we want to open a warehouse in India to serve our customer at best. Whether you want the branch be a company?
Yes...in the same name what we have in china...and then after we may extended to manufacturing process also
The specific approval of Reserve Bank of India is to be obtained for opening a branch office of a foreign company. RBI has prescribed eligibility criteria for foreign entities to open a branch in India. The application is to be made to RBI through Authorized dealer, category I bank India.
