Dear Sh.Rajendra Khomne Ji, KKC would be Cenvatable. Still amendment in Cenvat Credit Rules is awaited. It is expected before 1.6.2016 at any time.
Sir addition to Sri Kasturi Sir's view I would like to mention that Cenvat credit of KKC is available to Service Provider only. Thanks.
