Is it allowed ? - (we are a manufacturer and registered with excise) If yes , against which document ( as the Bill of Entry shows zero duty ) ?? Dear Ashish Ji, You may claim cenvat of duties (CVD & Addl.Duty) on GAR-7 along with copy of bill of entry supported with the details of custom duty. The details may please be prepared in excel and authenticated.
Sir, if possible should explore the possibility of fulfilling EO. Thanks. Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
