revised return of ST, Service Tax

Dear experts,

I have file ST return in time for the period apr 14 sep 14. Now i found some mistakes in that return and the revised return time is also completed.

So could you suggest that how solve the issue.

Dear,

ST return is to be revised within a period of 90 days and can;t be done afterwards.

Secondly the issue comes as to the amendment required to be done. If it does not impact duty liability and nothing new addition is there, approach Range Officer, he will take up with ACES for correction.

Something not declared earlier can be declared with Range Office, which may warrant penalty under Service Tax (Section 78) depending upon the gravity of information.
