Transfer of Machinery From one state to other., VAT + CST

Sir/Madam

I have a query about required documents for Transferring the machinery from one state to other state.

I want to Transfer a machine from Uttar Pradesh to Haryana.

Please let me know what kind of Documentation requires for this process.

So that I can show the documents to the sale tax department and they can not make any kind of disturbance in way for transferring the machine from one state to other.

Stock transfer invoice, LR copy, way bill, if any.
