SALE Import RAW MATERIALS - PROCURE UNDER 12-12 CUS NOTIFICATION, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear sir ,

We are manufacturing of chemical goods and sale it at domestic and export market .

For Manufacturing of chemical goods , we procured raw materials from international market i.e. import without / concessional rate of customs duty vide Not No.12-12 customs 17th March 2012 .

We procured this raw materials vide Sr.No.57 ( BCD-12.50% ) without any condition i.e. ' -- '

Can we sale this Raw Materials ( procure under Not.12-12 Cus ) in domestic market ???

Kindly advise in this matter .

Yes you can do domestic sale as you have paid applicable import duty.
