Hi, My Ex-Employer has deducted tax for FY2012-13, FY2013-14 and FY2014-15 from my salary but is not paying TDS to IT Dept. You may file complaint to your jurisdictional Authorities of Income Tax Department with documentary evidence such as pay slip in which TDS is shown.
