HSN CODE OF DRY PEAS IS 07131000. WHEN THIS ITEM SOLD IN POWDER FORM THEN
HSN CODE IS 11061000 IS CORRECT OR NOT. PLEASE GIVE YOUR EXPERT OPINION. PLEASE ALSO CONFIRM GST RATE.

Yes. In my view you are right. Both are exempted from GST.
