Any expense which is attached with salary i.e. part of salary cannot form the part of taxable value. Medical expenses and Medical Check Bills fall under the Salary Head. Hence no GST is payable. This is my view.

Agree with Sh. Kasturi ji. Anything which is part of salary is not chargeable to GST.

Dear Sir Kasturi ji.

For the same medical bill or expenses - what if the company is incurring an expense of medicines which are purchased for employee emergency provisions or company First-Aid , will GST charged on such medicine purchases be eligible for credit -- as its an company expense and nowhere affects employee salary?

Thanks & Regards.
