we got the ARN no. but LUT no. not mention there. can we get LUT online (first time)?

Yes. Correctly coined by the sir.

The registered person (exporters) shall fill and submit FORM GST RFD-11 on the common portal. An LUT shall be deemed to be accepted as soon as an acknowledgement for the same, bearing the Application Reference Number (ARN), is generated online.

One of my colleague has cleared the export procedure with the supporting of ARN copy of RFD 11.

Yes, as per the circular attached by Sri Kasturi Sir the ARN is equal to LUT.
