Hello If a transporter says he is not not responisble for safe delivery of goods then can he be said as GTA in GST ? Posts / Replies Showing Replies 16 to 20 of 20 Records Page: 1
Sir I am not aksing of self service. I am asking if tranportation of good by road is done then in what case it will not be through GTA? Apart from self service.
Because of various exemptions available already given in detail above. Read again word for word.
Means every transportation of goods by road will be thorugh GTA only?
