A.E.O DECLARATION circular no. 33/2016 dt. 22.07.2016, Customs - Exim - SEZ

sir,

we had applied for AEO Certificate from Custom.

they demand AEO Declaration as per circular No. 33/2016 dt. 22.07.2016

but is circular there is no Declaration.

So, please send the FORMAT OF AEO DECLARATION.

Dear Akash,

The Circular itself provides the application in the form of annexures to be filled and submitted depending on T1, T2, T3 or LO. The annexures need to be filled and corresponding supporting documents need to be submitted. There is no need for any additional declaration apart from those mentioned in annexures. Please share the exact details of communication for accurate response on the subject.

The following deficiency letter receive from AEO .

on perusal of the application submitted by the applicant it has been observed that ;the site map of all location is not as per the Circular no 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016. Process map is not as per the circular no 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016. ROC of the company is not as per the circular no 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016 Business partner details is not provided from the party. Net worth assets of the company is not provided from the party. Declaration submitted by the party is not as per the circular no 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016. you are therefore requested to provide the above mentioned docs as early as possible.
