i would like to know service tax credit input section details with notification number. ex.: service tax cenvat credit list like service bill, telephone and exemption list like mobile, guest house.

For this purpose, you need to refer the provisions of Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004. You may also refer cenvat credit manual addressing various issues on service tax on this web site.
