Can anyone explain me what is High Sea Sale and its procedure in India?

Also I wanted to know High Sea Sale procedure in case of purchase from outside india and sale therein only.

I refer to Point No.8 of Mr.Pradip Khatri. I am in process of getting into a HSS Contract with a company located in SEZ. The sample copy of HSS Agreement clearly demands the following information:

a. Name & Address of Foreign Supplier;

b. Foreign Invoice No. Date and Value

c. Rate per piece as per Foreign Invoice

d. High Sea Sale Amount.....

Now, if the HSS Agreement were to have all above details, how does the the pattern of transaction indicated in Point No.8 becomes operational.
