Please find point by point answer

1) & 4) from the point no 4 I understand that you are already registered for all category of services provided and exported by the organisation and you are having PAN based 15 digit STC number, there is no requirement to register Export of service. In other words there is no separate registration available for Export of Service.

2) If the value of taxable Service exceed Rs. 9 lacs, whether export or domestic, one should get himself registered with the Department.

3)There is no such Bonds are required to export of service. The only condition is that the consideration for export of services should be realized in Foreign currency  and should repat to India within timeline specified by the RBI,

5) There are various methods available to claim refund of the service tax balance lying in the CENVAT account. The same depends upon the notification under which you are claiming the refund.

Please refer to below notification under which refund/rebate can be claimed

1) Notification 05/2006- CE- NT

2) Notification 11/2005- ST

3) Notification 12/2005- ST
