how we can change the name of a DVAT dealer firm which is a propriter  like i want to change "A TOYS" to " A ENTERPRISES" can i do it by dvat 07 if yes than what is the proof of change of name should be submitted by if

Change in Registration Certificate due to change in Name of the Propriter would govern either through changed bank account or Telephone bill (land line) or through change in electricity bill. 

You would have to furnish the completed registration form to give effect such change along with all relevant documents as stated above.
