We want to Change the name of the existing private limited company alongwith the change of the object clause, can any body guide me

It is not clear on which registration it has to be changed. In any case you will have to fill up the Registration form along with the details required as per provision of law & submit with following documents:- 1) Memorandum & Article of Association 2) Registration form 3) Original Certificate already issued 4) Include the new object 5) New PAN no. of changed company 6) Proof of address of Changed company 7) Request letter
