The Report of the SECC 2011 is available on http://secc.gov.in . The management of the Central data base is with the NIC. SECC 2011 is a unique paperless Census. A total of 1.24 crore claims and objections were received of which 99.7% have already been resolved. The districts and State Governments have carried out the SECC with the Ministry of Rural Development as the nodal Ministry.
