Since, the environment seems to be encouraging for department to ensure speedy completion of the registration formalities, it is expected that the government may prefer online application with digital signature instead of current system of submission of har copies etc. which is time taking process. The only way on online authentication of documents is by way of digital signatures. However, government coming up with kiosk centres for submission of proof and completion of other formalities in the offline mode also cannot be ruled out.
