Therefore I am of the considered view that the addition of ₹ 21,86,669/-on account of Excess Stock of Copper deserves to be sustained. However A.O. may take action in consonance with the decision of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi. Subject to the above remarks, Grounds of Appeal No.2(i) 2(ii) are dismissed. 6. After going through the aforesaid finding passed by the Ld.
