Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Additional Director (Capital Market)/Joint Director (Capital Market) and Additional Director (Financial Transactions)/Joint Director (Financial Transactions) Group A Post Recruitment Rules, 2015. (2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2.
