Dear Sir (YAGAY AND SUN), Draw back is fine. But, I am looking at importing without paying any duty against bond or bank guarantee. Is that possible under this notification - Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Rules, 1996? Kindly advise.
