It is engaged in the business of real estate. A search and seizure operation was conducted u/s.132 of the Act on 23.03.2011 in the case of Group. Being aggrieved by the order of CIT(A), the assessee is in appeals for both the assessment years challenging the very jurisdiction of the Assessing Officer to make the assessment under Section 153A in the absence of any seized incriminating material. 3.1.
