GOVINDARAJAN - Corporate Laws / IBC / SEBI - Dated:- 4-8-2016 - - Part III of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 ( Rules for short) provides the procedure for institution of proceedings, petition, appeals etc., before the National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT for short).
