..... custody of import and export goods at the Air Cargo Complex, Karipur, Calicut under sub section (1) of Section 45 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962) and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed under the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 issued under Section 141 (2) of the Customs Act 1962. M/S KSIE shall be the custodian of all Import Cargo received at the Air Cargo Complex, Calicut, until these goods are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Act, ibid.
