Yes, It is possible. Do not pay cash to beggars and do not encourage beggar life If you have little knowledge, bring the notice of the respective governments to give food and shelter to the beggars If you are in the power, provide facilities to the beggars with the available schemes or introduce new schemes and utilize their services where ever possible ,but never show pityness If we observe keenly, most of the beggars are upper middle class income levels only. But they can not enjoy as rich. Because ,tomorrow they have to go for begging .....

In the same way, in case of BEGGARS issue also, it is necessary to find the types ,reasons and problems as why the people are changing in to begging field?. G.O. to be passed for the ban begging. 2. Beggars must be identified and recorded their name ,parents names and their sons and daughters names, cast religion, place, education ,financial status and reasons for begging. 3. Make the sons and daughters responsible for their old age parents and make the parents responsible for their children. 4. Adhar cards ,Ration cards and Arogya sree cards to be issued to each beggar and /or each family at their native place, if identified. Or else at any place as decided by the respective authorities. 5. I think that there should be a kind of permission to be sought by these people from government to allow them to start begging. The Govt. must feel that our humar resources are a great Asset. Foreign culture is totally different. Our country customs , treditions, culture , respnsibilities are different.
