Refunds received in July & August, 2017 - Sanctioned in Cenvat Credit - Is there provision in GSTR-TRAN.1 yet to be filed

Amounts have been sanctioned by way of Cenvat credit. How to claim such credit. Is there provision in GSTR-TRAN.1 which is yet to be filed. I hardly find such provision in TRAN-1.
