A Copy of letter sent to Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-3, Ahmedabad is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure H 12. Learned advocate Mr.Hasurkar submitted that the Official Liquidator after scrutiny of the records found that necessary compliance of Section 497 of the Act and other relevant provisions of the Act for voluntary winding up of the company was made.
