GOVINDARAJAN - Corporate Laws / IBC / SEBI - Dated:- 16-4-2018 - - Introduction The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India ( Board for short) made a regulation called as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016 ( Regulations for short) which came into effect from 29.11.2016.
