.......63, I am of the view that in a case like this there is no adequate alternative remedy for the petitioner. Therefore, in the peculiar facts of this case, this writ petition succeeds. The notice under section 263 is quashed. If any order has been passed pursuant to the impugned notice, that will also stand quashed. There will be no order as to costs.
