1976 (5) TMI 106 - SUPREME COURTExtract: ....... are highly suspicious against the appellant, but the High Court having disbelieved an essential part of the prosecution case an which the other part was dependant, we do not consider it safe to sustain the conviction of the appellant. Accordingly, we allow the appeal and set aside the order of conviction and sentences passed against the appellant.
