1972 (4) TMI 101 - SUPREME COURTExtract: .......appellant arising out of the suit for eviction is being allowed it is unnecessary to make any Order in the other appeal as the same has become infructuous. The appellant will be entitled to costs in this Court as also in the High Court. The respondent company will have six months to vacate the premises and hand over the possession to the appellant.
