1967 (5) TMI 73 - SC - Indian LawsExtract: .......was devoid of merit and although It was dismissed because the High Court did not choose to exercise its discretionary powers the result would have been the same if the High Court had gone into the matter elaborately and correctly. The appeal must therefore be dismissed. We order accordingly. The appeal shall stand dismissed with costs. One hearing.
