2008 (12) TMI 829 - SUPREME COURTExtract: .......ready undergone the sentence. Since there is no appeal preferred by the State as against the judgment of the High Court acquitting the appellant of other charges the same is not interfered with. 33. The appeal is accordingly partly allowed. The appellant be set at liberty forthwith unless required to be in custody in connection with any other case.
