2005 (8) TMI 746 - SC - Indian LawsExtract: .......e High Court interfered because there was a serious error of law committed by the courts below and as a consequence thereof they failed to exercise jurisdiction vested in them by law. The exercise of revisional jurisdiction in a case of this nature cannot be faulted. We, therefore, find no merit in this appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed.
