Bonds executed for 6 months / 12 months are valid as the case maybe, when the period gets expired; it is difficult to remind or inform executors in the absence of executer s contact details. It is therefore informed to the trade that, while executing the bond, they shall furnish KYC details of the company / individual like PAN, GSTIN details, contact numbers of authorized person, bank account details of the company and Aadhar details of the proprietor/managing partner/director.
