MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14 th March, 2011 S.O. 567(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number S.O.789(E), dated the 20th March, 2009 , namely 2. In the said notification, in Serial number (1), for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) Shri Justice S. N. Dhingra, Judge (Retd.), High Court of Delhi, New Delhi. -Chairperson 3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
