Six Banks notified under Sub-Rule 5 of Rule 31 of the DVAT Rules, 2005 - F.No.7(400)/Policy/VAT/2011/101-111 - Delhi Value Added Tax

ESTATE, NEW DELHI-110002 F.No.7(400)/Policy/VAT/2011/101-111 Dated : 20.05.2011 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Rule 5 of Rule 31 of the DVAT Rules, 2005 and in partial modification of Notification No. F.1(512)/2010-2011/CTT/EDP/14-24 dated 18/04/2011 , I, Rajendra Kumar, Commissioner, Value Added Tax prescribe that only those dealers with monthly tax period, who have bank accounts in the following six banks, shall pay the due tax, interest, penalty or any other amount due under the DVAT Act, 2004 , through electronic payment compulsorily from the e-payment portal of these banks: 1.
